One of the most knowledgeable personal trainers I have met. They will put in extra effort to help with physical and nutritional limitations. This place is great for anyone just starting out their fitness journey or for people that have been working out most of their life. I personally enjoy the atmosphere and they are always looking to update the equipment in the gym.
